About 'By Ida Marie'

• small bags and big bags, totebags, drawstring bags (no scumbags!)
• posters on matte paper and in vibrant colours
• little pieces of clothing, like baby bodystockings or bikinis.

I'm making oil paintings, photography, illustrations with pen and gouache, etchings the old-fashioned kind of copperplate way or drawing with my self-made embroidery stitches on fabric.

These original artworks are sometimes available as the actual original pieces I've had in my hands.

More often, they are available on (some of) the products above and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer who printed or embroidered the art by Ida Marie on the product. (That also means our products are made to order and never overproduced, yay!)

Art By Ida Marie is inspired by places and people from all over the world where I've lived and loved, namely Australia, Brazil, Denmark and Fiji. You can read a bit more about my inspirations in my artist statement.

I currently live in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I love and take care of me and my baby daughter - and now my other little baby: this art webshop!

I'm embracing my feminine universe and its colours and creative chaos. I hope you'll enjoy it, too!
