Payment
By Ida Marie accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and via Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Prices on the website does not include shipping, see below.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark - Kroner (DKK)
By Ida Marie uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
By Ida Marie's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery and Shipment
By Ida Marie ships to Denmark and the rest of the European Union.
The delivery time for your order is app. 2-3 weeks.
For orders below 500 DKK, the cost of delivery is 49 DKK flat rate for delivery to Denmark and 69 DKK flat rate for delivery to the rest of the EU. For orders above 500 DKK, shipping is free.

Original artworks
All originals are in Denmark. Depending on which type of artwork and your location, you can choose to pick it up or you can have it delivered, free of charge if your order is above DKK 500. Please send an email to hello@byidamarie.com and we'll find the carrier best suited for your delivery.
All other products
The products are made "on demand" which means that the products are produced (printed and in some cases even sewn) upon your order of the specific item(s). Thus no waste in that regard. It also entails that the delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
If you have ordered multiple products, sometimes your order will arrive at your house in more than one parcel, because certain products are printed in different locations in the EU, that is Denmark, Spain, France and Latvia. This does not affect your shipping costs. If we are experiencing delays, we will contact you. You can also contact us with any concerns at hello@byidamarie.com.
By Ida Marie uses PostNord - Private, shipment of your ordered item(s) to your address in Denmark. Please get in touch hello@byidamarie.com if you wish to know which carriers we use in other EU countries.
You will receive (a) track and trace number(s) upon shipment, which allows you to track the travel of your parcel(s).
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
By Ida Marie offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered to you.

Any return costs you incur yourself and the risk is not transferred to By Ida Marie until the products have been delivered to us.
You must notify us (the request for cancellation) no later than 14 after the delivery. The package with the item(s) must be with us no later than 14 days after we were informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on hello@byidamarie.com. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product and of the decreased value of the goods caused by you handling it in other ways than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means that you can try the item(s) on in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in other ways than what is described above, the item is considered used and of decreased value. This means that if the purchase is cancelled, you will have a reduced or no portion of the original purchase amount refunded. It is up to By Ida Marie to evaluate the condition of the item.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to By Ida Marie in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 2 months a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the items are handled improperly or unusually, the right to warranty is lost.
When returning, please send an email to hello@byidamarie.com in which you state that you give notice of the lack of conformity and the nature of the defect, maybe accompanied by a photo of the defect.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. The information is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with By Ida Marie, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with By Ida Marie and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

Betaling
By Ida Marie modtager online betalinger med VISA, Mastercard and via Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når den fysiske vare afsendes, eller det virtuelle produkt er oprettet, med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre. Levering

Leveringstiden for din ordre er normalt 2-3 uger.
For ordrer under 500 DKK er prisen for levering i Danmark DKK 49 flad fragt og DKK 69 flad fragt for levering i EU. På ordrer over 500 DKK er fragten gratis for hele EU.

Originale værker
Kan efter aftale afhentes på firmaadressen eller afsendes fragtfrit for modtager, såfremt ordren er på over DKK 500. Kontakt os på hello@byidamarie.com, så aftaler vi den bedste metode i det konkrete tilfælde.
Alle andre produkter
Produkterne bliver printet “on demand”, hvilket betyder, at produkterne først bliver printet og i nogle tilfælde endda syet, når du bestiller. Derfor overproducerer By Ida Marie ikke. Det betyder også, at leveringstiden normalt er 3-4 uger - før varerne er fremme hos dig.
Selvom du kun har foretaget én samlet bestilling, modtager du muligvis mere end én pakke. Der kan efter omstændighederne leveres fra flere lokationer i EU, herunder Danmark, Spanien, Frankrig og Letland. Det er dog uden betydning for dine eventuelle leveringsomkostninger. Hvis leveringen tager længere tid end forventet, kontakter vi dig, ligesom du også altid er velkommen til at kontakte os på hello@byidamarie.com.
By Ida Marie benytter altid PostNord på disse produkter (Privat, med omdeling til den adresse, du angiver ved bestillingen), når du bestiller til Danmark. Kontakt os på hello@byidamarie.com, hvis du vil vide, hvilken postdistributør vi benytter i et andet land, du ønsker at få sendt varerne til.

Fortrydelsesret
Der gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt på hjemmesiden med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.
Perioden på 14 dage begynder den dag, hvor ordren er leveret til dig.

Bemærk! Eventuelle returneringsomkostninger afholder du selv, og du bærer risikoen for varen, indtil den er leveret hos os.
Ønske om fortrydelse skal meddeles os senest 14 efter levering, og returpakken skal være os i hænde senest 14 dage efter, vi er informeret om din brug af fortrydelsesretten.
Hvis du gør brug af din fortrydelsesret, refunderer vi alle betalinger i forbindelse med den konkrete ordre, herunder de oprindelige leveringsomkostninger, senest 2 hverdage fra den dag, vi har modtaget varen retur. Bemærk, at der derudover kan gå op til 5 bankdage, før pengene går ind på din konto. Du kan i den forbindelse rette henvendelse til din bank.
Ønske om brug af fortrydelsesret skal sendes på mail hello@byidamarie.com. I meddelelsen skal der gøres tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at gøre brug af fortrydelsesretten.
Varens stand ved returnering
Du hæfter for den forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og funktion. Dette betyder, at du må prøve varen på samme måde, som hvis du handlede i en fysisk butik.
Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragtes den som brugt og af forringet værdi. Dette betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kan få en mindre del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur. Det er op til By Ida Marie at vurdere varens stand.
Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret på produkter i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for alle fejl i software, materiale og fabrikation.
Reklamation vedr. fejl og mangler skal meddeles til By Ida Marie i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse.
Her anses max. to måneder som rimelig tid, med mindre andet er aftalt.
Reklamationsretten bortfalder ved forkert eller ualmindelig betjening af produktet.
Reklamationer skal sendes på mail hello@byidamarie.com. I meddelelsen skal der gøres tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at reklamere, samt hvilken fejl, du mener, varen har, gerne vedhæftet dokumentation i form af f.eks. et foto.
